Restless Mind,Hurt Brain
Lately i am having serious problem.I have trouble sleeping at night,no matter how i tried to close my eyes & tell my mind that i have to get some sleep,still doesn't work.It's giving me so much stress during the day & giving me headache,i became more irritated even just talking nonsense things i get mad very easy.I already told this to hubby that i had this Insomnia since i got here but it wasn't that serious like it is now.So hubby told me it's better to see a doctor so the doctor will find out what's going on with me.But i refused,i am thinking for sure the doctor will give me medicine prescription to take,i don't want to take sleeping pills!Maybe i'll wait a lil' bit,maybe because i'm thinking too much of my family back home that causes my Insomnia.Hopefully sometime this week i will call the doctor so i can make an appointment.You know it is very hard if you can't get enough sleep & you tried so hard to get some & you can't.I don't know why,once i feel sleepy i just hurry go to the bed & lie down,my body is restful but my mind is the one's working so hard,i think my mind is been thinking of all the problem in the world grrr!This is not good at all!

hi Darlene: I experience the same two years ago. I "seldom" slept. It was so stressful. Yes, there was medication which I hated. But I believe it was not just the meds that solved my 'ordeal". It was "re-conditioning" my mind.
Here is my prayer when "things I dont understand" which lead to sleepless nights:
God, grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things i can; and the wisdom to know the difference.

do u drink coffee ba Darl? if u do, maybe u should quit for a while and see if it helps. kay ako sa una bisan light ra nga kape di ko katulog sa gabii. strong kaau og effect ang coffee nako. also, try drinking hot milk before u go to bed. that usually helps me and the kids. makatulog dayon ka, hehe! i hope u feel better and get a good night sleep soon. take care!
