Does Hillary suck?

When i got here in USA i have no idea about politicians because even in Philippines i don't really care much when it's talking about politics.For me it's all about arguments in Laws & regulations. But since hubby told me to watch these kind of topics here coz it'll help me to learn & know what's going on here in United States & at the same time it'll help me to familiarize the people who's working in a government,like this survey thing if does Hillary suck?I think she is just trying to work things out & besides you cannot please everybody no matter what good things you do still not good enough to some people.
