Bonding With My Precious One

The other night i was able to play with my son and we did had fun. He's very talkative and sometimes what he says can amuse me. He's so cute when sometimes copy me speaking my language. He's a very good imitator indeed, all kids are aren't they? He got so excited one time and he hurt me so i screamed "AGAY" which means i got hurt. Then he comforted me and said, "sorry mom. Mommy hurt agay? kiss baby please?" lol! He's so cute when he says that to me. Or sometimes if i talk to my friend over the phone he also copy me before i say goodbye to my friend whom i talk to on the phone by saying "Ok, sige byebye" hahaha my cute son. Then he'll ask me later on, "who is that mom? Sige?" hahahaha isn't he silly boy? But for me he's such a wonderful boy he always makes me smile all the time. Anyway, here are some photos i took during our playtime.

Twelve Days Of Christmas

For the twelve days of Christmas, your true love will send you:

Twelve street musicians drumming
Eleven christmas trees a-twinkling
Ten midgets a-leaping
Nine ladies knitting
Eight cows a-milking
Seven rumballs a-drunkening
Six puppies a-barking
Five golden toe rings
Four calling prank callers
Three French fries
Two bottles of whiskey
And a crazy homeless person in an apple tree

This is so silly! I tried to take the test and this is the result that came out. It's way different from the original song of twelve days of Christmas. Even though it's not Christmas still i received stupid call from telemarketers, good thing they are not pranked calls lol! And about the bottle of whiskey, i guess i cannot accept that because i don't drink nor wine or whiskey lol! And the last one is so funny, crazy homeless? I don't see any homeless here in Utah here in town, all the people here has nicer house than ours lol! Are you guys curious about your twelve days of Christmas? Try this silly survey!

Bar Faucets

Hubby is been fixing our faucet in the kitchen because it gets broken every so often. Sometimes i cannot totally shut the water off, it keep dripping. I told hubby that we might just buy another faucet so we won't encounter any problems with the faucet that we are using now. Sometimes it doesn't function like it is supposed to. So he said that he wants me to look for the best faucet and make sure that it's durable and stainless steel. I did find some bar faucets and they are look good and durable. But this one picture below is the most faucet i love. It fits perfectly to our kitchen sink.

Snowy Morning

Good morning friends! I have a pretty yet freezing morning here today. It snowed last night really bad. Our house is covered with snow and also our poor car on the drive way. It is beautiful outside but i don't like feeling so cold that's why i turned up the heater today. I was supposed to get up late but blogging is dragging my feet to come over to my favorite place, right in front of my computer. In fact i haven't had anything yet. But i will leave in a little bit to see what i can get in the kitchen. My son got cold cereal already as his favorite breakfast. Later i will take some photos outside of our very thick snow. So see you in a little bit guys i have to feed my hungry tummy hehehehe....

Press Release:

Flight Attendant Takes on Poor Customer Service

www.skysteward.com

Miami, FL, October 29, 2007,--Are you tired of being treated with indifference when you travel by air, check into a hotel, or make a purchase at a department store? Don’t you believe that you deserve better? Well, Gailen David, a 20-year Purser Flight Attendant for American Airlines agrees. He has launched a global campaign to improve service offered to customers in the air and on the ground. His ideas don’t involve multi-million dollar renovations, or the redesigning of employee uniforms; instead his plan calls for a focus on improving quality of interactions between staff and customers. The campaign, JetSetiquette, is designed to “raise the civility level of the customer’s experience to new heights; one person, one kind action at a time”. He now provides his own customer service, business etiquette, and public speaking training to companies large and small that leverages his experience as a front line customer contact employee.

Gailen David was not always the polished professional he is today. At one time he was one of the surly crewmembers that could have you wanting to leave the aircraft mid-flight. His lack of motivation to deal graciously with customers almost had him quitting. He ended up taking a one year hiatus from flying. When he returned to work he had a new attitude and dedication to making a positive difference in all he comes into contact with. His dramatic turnaround was even the subject of a comical training video he wrote and American produced that showed his journey from surly stew to model employee. The video, shown during yearly training, encouraged airline employees to celebrate the power they have to make a positive, lasting impression on the customer’s experience with the airline and air travel in general.
David says, “Regardless of the information that is being delivered to employees at any company, it really is the choice of the individual employee to provide a particular level of service. It all has to do with the feeling that we want to leave the customer with. Do we want the customer feel important, valued, and special? Do we want to have an influence on the rest of the customer’s day by giving them a lift?” He says, "It is all about sincerely greeting the customer, being available to them; anticipating their needs; and thanking them for their business. These basics are what some customers have been going without. Being regarded as a professional for delivering this to the customer is one of the benefits of the job."

To that end, David has officially launched his live customer service workshop to front line management and staff which features several interactive training sessions. Attendees will learn how to: See through the eyes of the customer, Think like an owner, Project professionalism, Set personal standards, Keep customers for life, and much more. As a front-line employee himself, Gailen is able to connect to the audience in a special way. He also conducts a 2-day Speakers Training Camp for those who are ready to take their careers and businesses to new heights through public speaking. He also offers comprehensive course on World Class Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol. His dynamic, interactive seminars are covered in detail on the Speaking Events page of www.skysteward.com.

He Didn't Make It

I just got a call from one of my friend here in town telling me the very sad news, that one of Filipina here her dad died last night. I was really stunned and at the same time cried for he was being so good to me since i got here. He had an incurable Tumor that has already spread from his stomach through his heart and liver. He didn't know that until he experienced a terrible pain in his stomach. I felt bad because he didn't even make it until Christmas, few more days to go and it will be Christmas but i guess God planned this all. God has reasons for everything. I am teary eyed upon writing this entry because i never felt love from my biological father but instead from him. He is a nice guy and very accommodating every time we go to their place. His body is now in the funeral homes which is only a block away from our house. I will surely go there later this afternoon to extend my condolence to his family who grieved for his loss. May this old man will rest in peace and may God will welcome him in HIS kingdom. Goodbye Tatay Dionisio, you've been a good father to me although you are not my real father. Thank you for your love and care. We will miss you...

Best Gambling List

I myself is not that very good when it comes to gambling. I mean don't get me wrong, i don't mean to offend people who loves to gamble, i love to watch and have fun to gamble sometimes but i feel that i am not that lucky whenever i gamble. There was one time that my aunt took me to Las Vegas to have fun. We pretty had good time there and we had so much fun gambling. She said that gambling is not bad at all if you just know how to handle it carefully. But then my aunt now is busy. I missed being with her and do the fun like we did before. So because i am having fun before, i searched of some Best Gambling List and i found this very interesting website called http://www.sportsbook-watch.com that has many bettors from all over the world. this has been in the business for years and years now and still growing. I love the website because they categorized of what kind of games you are going to play online. Very impressive organization of their website and the service is excellent. I feel like i am playing somewhere in Vegas but the big difference is i am right here at my house sitting my very comfortable chair and i don't need to drive around jur to have fun.
